I test every recipe on this site in my own kitchen before I publish it, and I do my best to describe each method clearly and accurately. That said, cooking involves variables I can’t control from where I’m sitting — different ovens, altitudes, ingredient brands, and personal taste all play a part. I can’t guarantee that your results will be identical to mine every single time, and I encourage you to use your own judgement, particularly around cooking times and temperatures.
